Podere
Through the years, Mirta Fedespina and Antonio Farina, owners of the farm and wine-lovers themselves, together with wine maker Francesco Petacco, who enthusiastically, and like-mindedly, providing his precious advice as to the entire production cycle, want to prove that Alta Lunigiana has all the credentials required to produce quality and identity wines.
Vineyards
We consider our vineyard as a garden.
We practice organic and regenerative viticulture. Fertilization relies exclusively on organic matter, and vineyard treatments are limited to products approved for organic farming, always at the minimum dose necessary. Every operation is guided by one goal: living soils and healthy grapes with the finest organoleptic expression.

Cellar
In the Cellar we carry out the same respectful practices as we use in the vineyard.
The grapes are de-stemmed and delicately crushed so that part of the grapes remains whole when transferred to the cement barrels. The gentle pressing is followed by recuperation operations and additional delicate crushing in order to extract only the most noble part of the tannins.
Wine
Searching for a wine, we ended up finding an incredible love.
They are produced naturally, without the use of chemical fertilizers, herbicides, clarifiers and filters. Yields are low as we select only rich, healthy clusters to give life to our structured, fresh and elegant wines, with a minimal amount of sulfites.
Hospitality
Our 16 hectare farm also offers hospitality in our Agriturismo, located on a hill that is 250 meters above sea level, surrounded by the green hills, of Lunigiana, from which you can enjoy an incomparable view of Val Magra, the Tuscan-Emilian Apennies and the Apuan Alps.
Independent Winegrowers
The Federazione Italiana Vignaioli Indipendenti (FIVI – Italian Federation of Independent Winegrowers) has the scope of representing and safeguarding the figure of the winemaker in relation to the institutions by promoting the quality and authenticity of Italian wines.
Tastings

We organize, upon reservation, guided visits to the vineyards and to the cellar with tastings of our four wines - Fedespina, Ca', Spinorosso, Bianco- accompanied by bread, cheeses and salamis.
